Project Description
Located on Archway Road in Highgate’s historic Grand Parade, this underlet mixed-use building was acquired quickly using internal funds. The purchase included a commercial unit with residential uppers, offering strong fundamentals but requiring hands-on management and repositioning.
Post-acquisition, we moved rapidly to stabilise and enhance the asset—regularising tenancies, improving operations, and designing a planning-led proposal for full redevelopment and extension. This project highlights our ability to move with speed and precision, unlocking value through clear architectural vision and active asset management.
